Bologna stun Inter Milan in Coppa Italia last 16
Serie A leaders Inter Milan were beaten 2-1 at home by Bologna in Coppa Italia last 16 on Wednesday.
The defeat was Inter's first in any competition since losing to Real Madrid in the Champions League round of 16 in February.
Bologna took the lead in the first half through Riccardo Orsolini, and Musa Barrow doubled their advantage early in the second half.
Lautaro Martinez pulled one back for Inter with 15 minutes remaining, but Bologna held on to secure a famous victory.
The result means that Bologna will face Juventus in the quarter-finals of the Coppa Italia.
Inter remain top of Serie A, but their lead has been cut to 18 points.
Bologna, meanwhile, are up to 10th in the table.
